Do you deliver and pickup the rentals?
Yes, we deliver and pickup all of our rentals, the Delivery Fee is calculated during checkout. We provide delivery and pickup to a street level area and must be able to bring our truck to the delivery location. We must have clear access to the delivery area free of stairs, steep slopes, and require an approximate 36″ clear path. Additional fees may apply for difficult delivery.
What is your Weather Policy?
Weather is hard to predict for anyone, especially weeks or months in advance. We allow weather related cancellations up to the day before your event. If there is over a 50% chance of rain or winds over 20MPH, you can reschedule or cancel your event for a full refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of the items being rented.
Do you setup Bounce Houses, Tents, and Movie Night Packages?
Yes, our pricing includes setup on grass for all Bounce Houses, Tents, and Outdoor Movie Night packages. Our staff will professionally set these items up, provide training, and answer any questions you may have.
Can you setup on surfaces other than grass?
All of our Bounce Houses, Tents, and Inflatable Screens need to be securely staked into the ground to ensure they are secure and do not fly away.
We can setup all of these items indoors or on surfaces other than grass using weights. An additional charge applies for all non-grass setups.
What is your booking process?
You can book a rental at anytime using our website. You can select your items, calculate your delivery fees, and make a deposit online.

Do you have a minimum order?
We require a minimum order of $100 before Delivery Fees and Tax. A $25 surcharge is applied for all orders under $100.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover to place a deposit. We accept Credit Cards and Cash for the final payment at delivery.
For any non-profit organization, we accept checks from the Organization’s Bank Account (the check must clear before the event date).
Do you provide layout design services?
Yes! Please use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page to submit your event details. One of our staff members will reach out to provide a layout and a quote.
