Rental Terms

Delivery, Setup, and Pick Up

  • For inflatables, we will arrive up to 3 hours before the start time and will breakdown and pickup up to 3 hours after the end of your end time.  If we are unable to make these times, we will always let you know (there are no extra when we setup early or pickup late)
  • For tents that we setup, we will setup the tent up to 24 hours before your event and breakdown no later than 24 hours after your event.  During busy times, we may have to setup and breakdown up to 48 hours before and after.
  • For rentals we do not setup, we will drop off the rental up to 24 hours before your event and pickup up to 24 hours after your event.  During busy times, we may have to drop off and pick up to 48 hours before and after.  These rentals will be dropped off and picked up from an agreed upon location between you and our driver.  The location should have easy access for us to move equipment using carts and wheeled transport devices.
  • If you have rentals from multiple categories, we will do our best to deliver and pick everything up at the same time.
  • An adult must be present during delivery/setup so we can provide training, if necessary.
  • Setup time is not included in the time of the rental, you will always have the entire allotted time to use your rental.
  • Delivery charges are based on your zip code, our standard service area has no delivery fees.  

Stairs, Slopes, and Limited Access

  • Our inflatables are heavy and difficult to move around.  We are generally not able to bring them over stairs, slopes, and through limited spaced openings (we generally require 36″ of clearance).
  • For other rentals, an additional charge may be incurred if we have to bring rentals through stairs, slopes, and limited spaced openings.

Staking and Inflatable Setup

  • Tents and inflatables have to be staked into the ground to secure them. Our stakes ranges from 18″ to 42″ in depth. It is the customer’s responsibility to mark out any underground piping, structures, and utilities. While we will do our best to avoid it, we are not responsible for anything underground that may be damaged.
  • If setting up on a hard surface or indoors, additional charges may apply as we have to bring in weights to hold the item down.
  • Our inflatables have to be setup on flat surfaces.  The product page will tell you the dimensions of the inflatable.  While a small slope is acceptable (difference in height of a few inches), we cannot setup inflatables on steep slopes
  •  While we can setup on any surface, any surface other than grass/dirt will incur an additional fee as we will have to provide weights

Non-Residential Use

  • If you are planning on having an inflatable or tent setup in a park or location other than your home, please reach out to us before booking.
  • Parks and other public/commercial venues, including schools, may have special requirements such as a generator, attendant, permits, etc.
  • Any movie screen/projector setup in a non-residential location will require a Public Viewing License which is the responsibility of the customer to obtain.
  • Most of our party rentals can be used in a non-residential setting (Chairs, Tables, Speakers etc)

Damage, Cancellation, Deposit, and Payments

  • Unless a damage waiver is purchased, you will be responsible for all damage to rented items, with the exception of normal wear and tear
  • Damage waivers do not cover theft, negligence, or intentional damage.
  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • There is no cancellation fee if the rental is cancelled 14 days before your event.
    • A 25% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours before your event.
    • A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellation within 48 hours of your event.
    • All cancellation requests must be in writing.
  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due before the start of your event.  We only accept Credit Cards or Cash.
